Item arrived a day early. Install was straight forward, tucking in on ends of the door just a little challenging. Door seals nicely now compared to old, worn out seal. 4 stars only because of price, ~$100 after tax/shipping is a little steep.

The seal was the correct replacement for the stock seal. However, it wouldn't stay in the channel. After tightening the screws on the garage door, the seal kept falling out. To secure it, I had to install about five screws along the bottom of the metal part of the door to keep the seal in place. Maybe the seal can be a little thicker.

I purchased this replacement deal for my Martin door circa 1992. I don't believe the seal was every replaced by the previous owner, but after rehabbing and insulating the door, this was the finishing touch. Easy to install following some suggestions online and seals like a charm. No more drafts and leaves/debris blowing under the door into the garage.
