To request a Return Authorization Number (RMA), please fill out below form along with your order #, and a description of the reason for return. We will contact you with return instructions after reviewing your request.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
Please call us or email below for a return authorization number, and return address. Do not return to the address listed below, this will only delay or void a refund.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or if the product does not satisfy your needs you may return your order at your own expense (some restrictions apply on custom products, or manufacturer rules - read below for exceptions). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for directions for return as some products may require to be returned to manufacturers warehouses or address. Returned product must be received in new resalable condition. Refund checks will be processed within approximately 15 business days of return, less any original outgoing freight expenses.
Each product available on our web site comes from different manufacturers, so each product has different return rules - read below for specific product rules.
Returning product - for your protection be sure to insure your package and retain the receipt. During a return, if product is damaged or lost by the shipping company while in return transit then it will be the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement of value. Elite Garage Floors (Elite Xpressions) would not have authorization to file a claim on a lost return. In the case of a damaged return, Elite Xpressions will provide customer will all documents needed to file a claim in order to receive full reimbursement from the shipping company and Elite Xpressions will no longer be responsible for issuing a refund.
Warranties - NO warranties are offered by Elite Garage Floors / Elite Xpressions, warranties apply only to manufacturers warranties where noted. If you have a product defect, or issue with your product during the manufacturers warranty time frame, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you need help contacting the manufacturer please call us at 361-906-0863 with your original order number and we can assist you with the manufacturers contact information.
Damaged Merchandise During Shipping:
Please be sure to inspect all items for damage, if a box appears to be severely damaged, please refuse the package if you do not feel it is in good condition. If any item you purchased from Elite Garage Floors / Elite Xpressions was damaged in shipping, or appears to be defective, please call us right away so that we may arrange to repair or replace it. Please keep all packaging, as the freight company may need to inspect it, or we may request you return the items. If you find concealed damage after opening products, please contact us within 48 hours to report the problem. We may not be able to honor a claim after 48hrs due to shipping company policies.
If Elite Garage Floors / Elite Xpressions has made a mistake while processing your order, we will do everything in our power to correct it. The sooner we know about the problem the sooner we can rectify it.
G-Floor Roll Out Flooring Custom Cut Custom sizes are custom made by the manufacturer. Custom orders may be cancelled prior to material being ran, however, the custom order cannot be changed or cancelled once the manufacturer begins to produce the material. Absolutely no returns on custom orders.
Bottom Seals - We custom cut our bottom seals to fill orders. Bottom Seals are non-returnable as we offer a free sample to test prior to ordering.
Metal Wall Base: This product is manufactured at time of order and is non-returnable. The manufacturer does not accept returns on this product.
