This replacement seal worked well and has kept the rain out, where my older seal had failed. It might help to include a video on how to replace the seal, but I found one online and it was relatively easy.

Ordered this to repair old garage door seal. Could not find anywhere and bought on a prayer. Exactly same as my old best up Martin Seal. Ordered 9 feet and got almost 11. Plush, thick and bouncy. So far is doing much better at keeping stuff out. Buy with confidence.

Seems good so far. the online video helped with the easy installation. We'll see how long it lasts without getting torn up by ice and snow.
