Straightforward to install
First off, I ordered the aluminum retainer version but received the one with a plastic retainer. This was unfortunate but not a huge deal. I contacted customer support and they agreed to refund me the difference. Installing of the product was very straightforward. With a little bit of planning, installing this alone was no problem. The hardest part was sliding the rubber into the retainer. Using soapy water helped reduce the friction but this was the only part where having two people would've made the task quicker to complete. Still it just took a little more effort and wasn't at all difficult.

Garage door seal with rubber channel
For me, this was definitely a two person installation. Not easy to thread the rubber through the channel without one person pulling while the other person is pushing it through. Once installed, it looks good and functions well.

Great product
The rail and seal are well made. Install was simple and straight forward. It took me about 2 hours by myself for a 16' door, but it would go a lot faster with 2 people. The door had developed a little "smile" after all the years, and this seal made up the difference at both ends for a good seal to the floor.
